Description:
As a Call Center Operator, you will manage incoming campus calls, monitor campus emergency notification systems, monitor campus Fire alarms, monitor boiler gauges, process maintenance requests, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
As an Operator, you must be trustworthy, confident, patient, and an excellent speller. You will need experience in Microsoft Office (excel, word), Adobe pdf editing, customer service. An ability to be flexible, and to listen is a plus.
This position will cover some late morning/early afternoon hours on Tuesday through Thursday, some evening or weekend shifts and holidays will be required to work, the odd grave shift may need coverage.
